For those of you who just like to make characters, but not RP them, post them here and let other people take them. You may even get a few capitol coins out of the deal from the person adopting your already made biography. This can also act as the Adoption Center for unwanted Characters - just update their bio with the thread links they've been in so the person knows how the Character has turned out.
