District Fourteen

One of the newest additions to the lands of Panem that is still in construction, this land covers the northwest land that was once known as British Columbia. Though a bit of a whaling community, most of the Residents work in the oil fields and oil pipelines that work their way back to the Capitol. The District is a hard working group of people, but more of a peaceful people and tend to stay to themselves.
